15 year old Veronica Steal had lived a life of torment , Anger , and Abuse . This book starts on her 15 th birthday when a mysterious figure appears , a mentor that takes her from her broken life and shows her a world beyond the glass , and wonderous creatures that are trapped behind mirrors . She along with about ten others , all from dark parts of her past, must survive the brutal trainings , enemies, and even each other . But past fears , people , and secrets are revealed and torment her everyday . Things seem to get better than worst than horrible than ....... Better . But the adventure never ends . Some scenes in this is graphic to the scenes of abuse , torment , and śèxüâł content is involved . Find the world behind the glass , the secrets behind every reflection , the pain of every crack . the first part is back ground info that is nessisary for the story to develop. the second part will be much more ..... interesting ;) . "What the hell?" I took a step closer to the mirror, staring at my reflection in disbelief. The person looking back was still me, but at the same time it wasn't. I had the same thick, dark, curly hair. The same hazel eyes. The same olive skin with a light dusting of freckles (ugh) scattered across the bridge of my nose. But my curls were now streaked with highlights. And not the subtle, golden-brown ones that sometimes appeared during the summer. No, these were an aggressive, dazzling blond that went from the roots of my hair all the way to the tips. It looked like I had spent a full day getting my hair done in some upscale salon. Never mind that I had never set foot in such a place since the day I was born. My eyes appeared somehow wider and more luminous. The colour brighter, my eyelashes darker up against them. And, when I looked closely, my pupils seemed to be slitted almost like a cat. I looked down at my body. My skinny arms-which had always refused to gain any definition no matter how hard I exercised-were lined with flat, wiry muscles. My bony shoulders were now curved and smooth. My scrawny legs were toned like a dancer. I reached down and lifted my shirt, revealing two subtle lines running vertically down my perfectly flat stomach, hinting at the rock-hard abs underneath. I made this when I was younger and decided to release my old work into this to the world. I didn't plan a storyline so this maybe have crazy tone shifts. (Making her naive to the cruelty of the world.) She always wanted to see the world outside of the castle. Though everyone saw her as a weak helpless princess that needs to be protected, and hidden from the cruel world she desperately wants to see with her blue eyes. A witch shows up one late after noon and offers her magic mirror, that can show her the outside world from just looking into it. She only needs to imagine the place she wants to see and will be there. The princess though was being a jerk so the witch cursed the mirror. Making it so that the princess ever looked into it, she will become a fearsome dragon. "The princess will no longer be a princess and she will see the world she desperately wants to see.
