"True love cannot be found where it does not exist, nor can it be denied where it does." Megan and Mackenzie Brooks. Two sisters that go through hell and back for, not only love, but for themselves. Arvel Brooks, their dad, is a police officer who is an authoritarian parent; everything must go through him for approval before any actions can be made. Their mother is a drug addict who has no say so in their life at all. Megan has always been the rebellious one so nothing is new to her. Mackenzie however, she's just started getting a taste of this medicine. From drama, break ups, arrests, and many other things that comes towards them during the storm. What's meant to be will be and it will find it's way... At least eventually.

Foster Care wasn't always so bad for the 16 year old Akira White. It always had it's good and bad days. She lost her dad mysteriously when she was two and never met her mom. Rumor was it, that she got strung out on drugs and ended up killing herself. Akira didn't believe that and she WOULD not believe that. In her heart, she knew her mom was out there somewhere trying to find her and bring her back home. How do you look for someone you've never met? What if everything that she's been told was a ball face lie? Would you still go on with your life, because you were already in too deep? Or would you drop everything and let hell loose? What if the person that you thought you needed wasn't who you actually needed? What if the person you really needed shows up randomly? Would you be happy because the stories you were told was all lies? Or would you be mad because they stayed away for so long? I guess we'll Never Know until shit hits the fan.
