This story is this year's NaNo submission, so I don't have a lot of answers yet. What I can say is that it spans over several thousands of years, deals with time travel and other scienc-y topics, Atlantis, a giant volcanic eruption, and a little dash of romance to keep things light.

His eyes drop to my lips before his mouth descends, capturing mine in an all consuming, over powering kiss and I moan almost instantly. He captures the sound in his mouth, pressing his lips firmly against my own, possessing, teasing and coaxing more gasps from within me. I'd never felt a kiss like this before; I twist my tongue against his and hear a deep groan of approval in the back of his throat. He grabs me and pulls me into his body, pressing my chest against his own, and I take the next step by swinging my leg over and sitting astride him. I feel him sweep my hair up in a firm but gently grip, moving it from my neck to free the skin for his mouth to lower, to nip and kiss along my shoulder. **** He was supposed to be another birthday gift.
