Dan wakes up in a hospital, and the only thing he thinks he remembers is that Phil is his boyfriend and they have a joint YouTube channel. He is not aware of the fact that all of the "memories" he has that involve Phil and him dating are dreams he had while in a month-long coma, and they aren't actually dating. But what if Phil is actually in love with Dan? Should he tell Dan the truth, or just let him think he's correct? (Disclaimer: I don't own Dan or Phil)
