Dan wakes up in a hospital, and the only thing he thinks he remembers is that Phil is his boyfriend and they have a joint YouTube channel. He is not aware of the fact that all of the "memories" he has that involve Phil and him dating are dreams he had while in a month-long coma, and they aren't actually dating.
