12 year old Ariana's mom is making her move over the summer. All her friends, her popularity, gone. She'll be homeschooled in her new home, located in Illinois. During their long drive, they get into a car crash. Missy (her 10 year old sister) and Ariana escape the hospital and find a forest to live in. The only problem is that Missy knows they aren't alone in the forest. Ariana finds this ridiculous until Missy goes missing, where Missy discovers that Ariana is in more danger than herself.
