Esmeralda is a young and quiet twenty year old who loves Matt, her boyfriend, but when she figures out she is pregnant and in labor, things take a turn for the worst. Eventually she winds up in a mental hospital but later escapes with a friend that isn't real. That is until Matt finds her once again and has now decided he has some unfinished business.
