In a dysfunctional city called Irvine located in a successful island country named Macruaca, lies a great war between the gang lord of the Dice gang, Pike Chester and the president of Macruaca, Dan Sebastian. The Macruacan government was on the verge of control by the gang till the gang leader was shot dead. The gang had no purpose for control and disbanded. Peace came once again to the capital city.
