        Olivia Crane didn't think much about her short move to the small town of Velvela, Alaska. She's a government-contracted ecological examiner. Her job was to determine whether the Actaeon Petroleum Corporation's drill sights would have any negative impacts on the neighboring environment. It was supposed to be a quick and easy job, but that's proving more and more difficult as Olivia is pulled into an on-going war between the people of myth and the people trying to hurt them.
