Thomas "Champ"Attwell is a young man now, and that would mean great things for him if he were the child of an aristocrat; however, being the child of a rural farmer has left him with a single job: working in the big city for his egotistic uncle Tobias. Tobias has built up a facade of kindness and charity to hide the abuse of his servants and workers. Now that Thomas will encounter this abuse he will be left with a choice: endure his uncle's falseness and destructiveness or take a high risk to escape his tyrannical uncle's corporation.

Travis struggles, a lot. It would be hilarious to say he is a kind boy to others except- he may be? He struggles with all the pressure from his family but will someone be there to help him? "Iao!" The boy's mother yelled as she stomped her way into the Kao fruit planation, she threw the little boy's old beat-up rags at him with haste, it seemed to be that her eyes were watering as she ran into the hut far away. Iao the boy being a feeble little kid took his clothes and walked for days restlessly until he reached the capital, now that he was an abandoned child on the bright yet dark streets of Xelind he had nothing more to do than survive. Every day was a struggle to drink or to eat he had to beg, he was on the streets of countless months begging for a living and barely being alive, his was as thin as a skeleton, he looked like a dead being who was alive. There were times where he was on verge of death due to malnutrition and starvation, only due to the pity of the adults around him he was alive he was fed, washed, and taken care of by the homeless of Xellend. One regular day for Iao he saw a man dressed like a Sound manipulator, the ones from the storybooks that his mother spoke about he thought he had hit the jackpot and would make big money by begging at this man's feet. He rushed towards that man only to receive nothing instead of gaining money or food, the man asked to take him as his apprentice and promised to teach him the art of manipulating sounds. With nothing better to do he accepted the offer to learn about sound manipulation.

Stainburrow (Prologue)
Steampunk city with a type of regime, fantasy elements and vampires (a lot more like Alucard from Hellsing then this teen drama bullshiet) guy gets pushed into a rebellion by a pupet master like entity. Plus there is a horrific enemy with lots of gore which was inspired by monsters from deadspace. Look i am awful at powerphrasing. just read a couple of chapters (and excuse how bad the first one is, ill have to rewrite that one ;-;) and see if you like it. This now serves as a prologue to my current much larger book (Stainburrow) but it is very separate from it. It also requires a complete re-write. Should information in this conflict with something in that book than Stainburrow should be considered cannon rather than the prologue.Cerita Lengkap
