Umbra

Taylor is the sole survivor of her pack when it's attacked by rogues when she is an infant. She also happens to inherit the Alpha gene, though she was adopted into another pack that does not see her as Alpha. Pending medical issues she comes to realize she must find a mate, and risk herself and her adoptive pack, or risk losing her wolf altogether.
