David had never been one for hiking but, under the insistence of his best friend's younger sister, he had agreed to spend the last Saturday of October walking on Dartmoor. It hadn't sounded like such a bad idea at the time, at least until they got caught in a thunderstorm. But there are far worse things that you can be caught by in the dark on Dartmoor.
When things start to go from bad to worse it will be up to David to try and save his three friends and himself from a sinister creature that lurks in the darkness.
What is the creature on the moors? Who is Lavern Danner? And how did none of them notice the house on the moor sooner?

(I'm a massive fan of the monster hunting genre.) Written from Sep 2011 until April 2014. This was the very first adult romance I'd written and has a plethora of problems. Despite this, I won't do further editing as I'm putting my efforts into a full re-write. Author's note - Please be mindful of what you're saying when commenting. I'm happy with helpful criticism, spelling/grammar pointers, questions or simple chatter. However, a tirade of needless, unhelpful complaints and just outright rude commentary is not welcome. My stories are terrible first drafts, they're going to be riddled with issues, so just politely highlight if you feel there's a problem. I'll listen and likely take on board the criticism. With how easy they lost their minds after losing their erasthasis, it was best they didn't have one. No one wanted a powerful lycan to go wild and wipe out an entire population, just because their soulmate died. It indeed was why they didn't get one too often. In fact, one could stay for a thousand years and not hear of a lycan finding a mate. They usually just fall in love and get married or get married without love. The king was the strongest like I read. If him losing his mate would turn him against the entire population of living creatures, then maybe it is my duty to protect her. Days have passed and the weather worsened because of it. It comes to Taniya and Axel, the great worgen helps her. He used to serve the enemy but no longer did he. He is an axel. A transforming Worgen which it could shape-shift to any living form. He explained every information except he didn't know the plan of his master. Taniya was shocked of what Axel has spoken of because he mentioned the figure she saw was her dad. The end is near!Complete
