you know her, she goes to your school. her mom's rich and she's the snootiest person you know. blond, skinny, ring a bell? it does, because every school has one. the it girl, the one everyone secretly hates and admires. 

Chloë goes from hero to zero when her little "episodes" cause her to totally freak out in school. charges are filed and she's expelled. the only way to keep the little incident off of her perinatal record is to go to mason estate, a "private" (snooty) home for rich kids with mental disorders.
