 if you are feeling hopeless in any way, have urges to self harm, or any other type of mental disorder, please please please talk to somebody. 
it might feel like nobody really cares, but I promise you that they do. 
it doesn't matter who you talk to, be it parents, a teacher, supportive friends, family, or just slide into my messages, we will ALL be there for you.
