Year 2260
The development of dark matter engines spawns a new age of age exploration and conquest. Political corruption, and arrogance cost the human race it's home planet, on the brink of extinction, on the edge of surrender, a determined human race fights back across the galaxy, securing several new potential replacements for earth. However not beyond the sight of the alien races. With new hybrid weapons derived from the Oprimidos that destroyed earth, and there superior deep space engines, the human race rebuilds to renew the war, and this time drive the powerful alien fleets back to the far reaches of space. Driving them into a new stage of intergalactic politics, and wars that have raged for thousands of years.
