When best friends, Eevee Moon and Jason Hakeem, discovers a portal inside a cave, they decide to go through it, hoping for adventure. The portal takes them to an alternative dimenison called Panem. There, Eevee and Jason meets Katniss Everdeen, Gale Hawthorne, and Peeta Mellark. The kids also learn about the cruelty of the Capitol and the Hunger Games. They are then reaped for the 74th Hunger Games, and they will have to use their magic and wits to survive. Will they find another portal and go back home, or will they die a brutal and painful death?
