Their mental illnesses are pushing them to the breaking point. Naturally, this is the part where parents would step in and distribute advice. However, that seems unlikely here. It's no coincidence that the four meet in a therapy group. Fate is ironic like that. So is love, in that sense. And when it comes to love, Alison and Hope can't give you any words of wisdom there...
