"For a lot of people superman is and always has been America's hero. He stands for what we believe is best within us: limitless strength tempered by compassion, that can bear adversity and emerge stronger on the other side. He stands for what we all feel we would like to be able to stand for when standing is the hardest." Heroism is who you are, It is what makes you be you. Everyone has a hero, some may not of found their hero but even heros have heros. A hero is brave, selfless, and a risktaker. In this you learn how these people are heroes and what it takes to become a hero.

Have you ever wondered what it's like being the only Kryptonian on earth without powers? It sucks. I'm Marinette Martha Kent. Yup that's right I'm the daughter of the man of steel....and I mostly take after my mom, so I'm utterly completely human. The worst part of being my father's daughter is I can't be a hero. His excuse is I don't have powers while there are heroes such as Green Arrow and Batman. An alien with no powers equals a worthless alien, and the entire justice league knows it to after all my father said so. At least I have my brothers who believe in me... I'm lying no one in my family thinks I can be a hero I'm just a dumb human to them. What's worse is even the bat family won't help me because they secretly agree, or at least that's what I think. So I did what any normal human would do when in an environment that doesn't believe in them I left. I applied for a 2-year foreign exchange program in France starting my high school year. Pairs, France here I come Characters belong to their rightful owners. (Daminette)
