Juno Cassidy is the girl at the back of the class - hated by most, ignored by others.
She's short, always wears baggy clothing and covers her face with a hoody. It's a shame really- underneath that grey oversized hood hides a beautiful girl. Her detailed face features could make any girl jealous- the eyes that change colours depending on her mood could mesmerize anyone who'd dare to face her and the jet black hair could make any man fall to her grace-thou for her that didn't matter.
She has her reasons to hide herself in the shadows of the world.
She is not the shy and fragile girl everyone puts her out to be- she's strong, fearless and sometimes even heartless-depending on the person she's dealing with thou. People know her by the name of 'Casper'- she does what she wants and then disappears without a trace, that's where the name came from.
Her parent died in a car crash 4 years ago leaving her and her 4-year-old brother all alone. They didn't have any relatives so they were put in foster care. They were always together but the foster parents didn't show any kindness towards them. They travelled from one foster parent to another, Juno tried to protect her brother as well as a 14-year-old could.
One day she had enough of the abuse and fought back sending her foster-dad to the hospital. She grabbed her brother and ran- as far as she could.
This is how she ended up in California and became the legendary 'Casper' at the age of 15.
Being the youngest gang leader has its perks- people are terrified to cross you and will do anything to please you.

I never thought my life would be like this; trapped in a dark room and scared for my life. A blindfold was wrapped around my head, covering my eyes, making me completely blind and on high alert. My breathing was ragged and I could smell the mold that was most likely covering most of the room.
