Bella told him to save Anthony since they been best friends forever. Liam decided to shoot Cole as one of Cole men shoot Bella. Cole got away as both Liam and Anthony try to save Bella. They took Bella to the local hospital to try to save her. Bella was put in a coma. One day Bella woke up since the doctors unhooked her from the machines they had her on. She then returned home where Liam asked her to spend the rest of the life together which she said yes. There a lot of up's and down's in Liam.
