They didn't know who had put them here. Who had built the force field locking them inside. They didn't know why there was always something new ready to injure them in some way. They didn't know what the numbers on the trees meant or the writings on the wall. They didn't know why they were here, where they were or where they came from, they didn't know what the were doing. They just wanted to get out. The boys of the Jade live in constant fear and confusion, always running, always fighting. It's a systematic form of fear, there was rules, there was a schedule, everything always went entirely to plan. That was until she showed up. A girl. She had blue-green hair, dark brown eyes, a sharp wit and an unreliable conscious. She woke up terrified and soon learned it was the only emotion anyone ever had in the Jade, and she made it her mission to change that. To change the programming put in place to control the boys, she must take drastic measures and in some cases break herself to break them. To win, to survive, to live, the boys must first be brought back to life. And then the real battle begins. copyright: hernamewaszoe 2015.
