Anona, or "Annie Sato", is known up above in heaven as a clumsy angel. She has broken ancient artifacts, rules and is known for being too chummy to humans.
To not look to dull in front of superiors, they gave her the job of protecting Ritsuka Tachibana and the grimore from devils and vampires. The problem is that she is known for losing things, things that should not be lost.
It's also not helpful that angels are a delicacy for supernatural beings.
