My blood was boiling not from the fact that she just swore me but from the fact that I didn't have it in me at that particular time to respond to her rude remark instead I just pushed down my anger and breathed "Well when people paint you out to be someone you end up becoming that person" "So just because they paint you out to be someone doesn't mean you have to live up to their expectations" I chuckled a low chuckle and looked out into the horizon she's so gullible so oblivious to this world to this cruel evil world , "And yet here you are living up to their expectations".......Complete

In the beginning she was alive, her soul bare for this man, loved him with every fiber of her being. She was willing to give up everything that she had for him and worked hard for the future they both hoped for each other; when he still existed. She loved him but did he ever feel the same way? He was loving, caring, and kind; everything a girl could ever wish for in a man. The words destructive and inhuman would've never crossed her mind to describe her husband; or was she so stupid to see it all from the very beginning? Every day she prayed to the man above that the love and attention she constantly gave him would be enough to change such characteristic; no, flaw. But it wasn't so. Every day was a battle, getting worse and worse; that one day she just snapped. ***STRONG PLOT AND LANGUAGE*** ***UPDATE*** To my great surprise, this story has been getting more reads than I ever thought possible. I reread what I wrote once again and tried not to cringe at the many errors and awful sentence structure I had. So in the spirit of Christmas I will try to edit and perfect this story. These 30 stories compiled in the months of August 2023 - February 2024, made in handwritten yellow pad papers and shared to the world for the first time shows that there are ways we find to connect with others through the stories we tell to one another. Stories dealing with the loss of a loved one, the horrors of reality, about the challenges faced in life, a longing for the person we loved, the laughter shared in-between, the hopes we treasure for tomorrow and beyond and of the little interactions that happen in life. It is through the attachments, love, support, consistency, determination and dreams do we find the will to push through and accomplish what needs to be done that is set out for us to tackle. Goals and art; sacrifices made and understood; and the belief that chasing the dream is all worth it and that it helps us connect and inspire us to do what matters the most. Maybe, This Time?
It was a fairytale that never happened. An ending without a "happily ever after" because of not having a "once upon a time". He was afraid of getting hurt. But, he didn't think about the possible "what ifs". She never knew. He thought that it might be impossible for her to feel the same way. She didn't want to assume things. Hoping and assuming without any proof is useless. He decided to walk away to move on from this feeling he has towards her. She got heartbroken. He did too; even regrets it. She thought she'd move on after these years. Apparently, it was too hard for her. He didn't know where to find her; even contact her. But still, got scared; until now. But, he left a clue where to find him if ever she wishes to. It's up to her if she can find him.
