Folklore once said that sirens were beautiful, enchanting women who charmed men into falling in love with them, soon dragging their helpless souls underneath the sea. Levi Ackerman is glad that school exams are nearly over. With her guardian often absent from home because of work, she's ready to lean back and enjoy her summer but unusual events start to happen much to her dismay. Disappearances begin to pop all over town and according to the local news, the suspects are traced right back to the waters right before the clues disappear. Musing to herself, Levi wonders if her mother's death 7 years ago is connected to the current disappearances. Her mom did supposedly ‘drowned’ but Levi knows better. Levi /remembers/ better. And the details to these disappearances are awfully similar to the day of her mother's death. Levi tries to discover answers but she's no Sherlock Holmes and finds herself tangled in a situation no human should ever be in.
