" Hey, my name is Wes Thompson," She kept looking down. I got upset and went to turn around, when he felt someone grab his arm. "My name is Cora Walker," said a soft voice, I turned around quickly. My eyes widened when I saw her. It was easy to tell she was country, I thought "So, I can tell that you are country also," Cora said. I looked down at my Ford t-shirt,blue jeans, and Rocky boots, and said," Yes I am country." She giggled and we smiled at each other. Her teeth are so straight, white, and pretty, I thought. I said, " How about we tell each other about ourselves, is that ok with you?" Cora nodded. Then the bell rang for class, " Sit by me at lunch, and we can talk then. I will see you at lunch, " I said. Cora smiled then walked to class alone. I stood in the hallway for a few minutes thinking about Cora, then walked to class smiling.
