Ava Shaw and boyfriend Kol Reynolds, running on a football scholarship at 6'7 and two hundred pounds who can't only defend but also run, were on a simple date around town. Only it wasn't an average night. Kol gets attacked by some animal roaming in the allies, attacking at an unexpected time. He's only left with a bite mark to the neck and some broken bones leaving physically okay, unfortunately for Ava, she doesn't leave the scene mentally okay.
