Lilly Gordon is tired of routine. Everyday, everything is the same as it was the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that. Her life feels short of purpose, as if it were simply meant for nothing more than following the family itinerary. But she wants more - so much more. And it seems that the natural curiosity of hers that always makes itself present, but is forcibly and unwillingly ignored, is finally going to help her out.
Because one day, the routine that she's been accustomed to her entire life is disrupted. This disruption has a story, and a big one - he just won't share it. But Lilly is determined to find it out, even if it means uncovering an ugly truth about the people at the center of the community she has been sheltered in her whole life, and the family she has always thought she knew.
Everyone must learn at sometime in their life that people, even the ones closest to you, are never what they seem.
