Percy awakes in the dead of night with nothing but a pen at his side. He knows nothing but what the man in the moon tells him, his name, his place, and Jack Frost. Confused and distorted Percy attempts to investigate. Percy is then dragged into a war he had no part of. Chosen, they said, to reclaim what was lost, to smother the black flame of destruction, and clear the cloud of injustice.

But what happens when he is presented with his past, a life he no longer consciously remembers, as this dark storm cloud looms overhead. The clock ticking and the pressure building, Percy doesn't know which way to turn, which lines blurred, and which remained opake.

"Look, I ran out of suppressants and I just need to run into a store somewhere to get them. It will only take me, like, ten minutes give or take. Promise." Nico kept his voice low because the ship walls were practically paper thin and some of the demigods on the ship's crew just had to know everything, sometimes. The omega read her expression carefully, but Annabeth only looked at him with nothing but eyes full of sympathy. "Like I said, Nico, we're nowhere near land. We're basically in the middle of the desert, if you want to look at it like that. I'm really sorry." Disclaimer: I don't own any of the characters. All credit goes to Rick Riordan.
