There was a reason that the whole of Panem rarely spoke of the 69th Hunger Games: it was one of the most bloody and brutal of them all. Not everyone could watch it from afar, or ignore it entirely. Some people had to live through it, and some people had so much more to deal with on top of that. Behind Those Violet Eyes ▸ Hunger Games
The country of Panem has been a dark place since the first rebellion years ago. Now, as punishment for their uprising, each year two female and two male tributes are sent into the arena to fight to the death in the Hunger Games, a bloodbath broadcasted for all of Panem. Cyra Merison, a fifteen year old girl from District Four has been an outcast since she was a child. With her fiery personality and bright violet eyes, she's never been part of the 'in' crowd. Not to mention, she's entirely against the Capitol in every way. Alia Fletson, a sixteen year old girl from District Two, has been training for the Hunger Games her entire life. Along with her best friend Cato Demeir, they make an unstoppable team. And then there's Gale Hawthorne. The poor boy from District Twelve, who has a secret that could change the course of a lifetime forever. When the four collide, rivalries are instantly formed, boundaries are crossed, and things seem to spiral out of control. But maybe this isn't for the worst. People can always come together in different ways, and come together to stand up for what is right. Everything happens for a reason, after all...Abgeschlossen
The 130th Hunger Games
Far into the future of humankind, there existed a country named Panem, which occupied what was once North America. It consisted of thirteen districts and one cruel, powerful Capitol that ruled them. But after the rebellion of Katniss Everdeen, Panem became a scattered country of chaos and, after several years of struggling and failing to found a new government, wore away into extinction. One hundred years later, Panem rose up out of the ashes and conquered all of Europe, establishing their own land there and naming themselves New Panem. To honor the ways of their original country, New Panem brought back the Hunger Games and started where they had left off—the 76th Hunger Games. About 50 years later, New Panem is thriving. In District 4, 12-year-old Sandi Coin (a descendant of President Coin) is living the good life—until her first reaping. When Sandi gets chosen to participate in the 130th Hunger Games, she knows her life is going to turn upside-down—and come to its end. And as she travels around the Capitol to participate in the events before the Games, Sandi finds herself in the midst of many odd characters—an over-enthusiastic mentor, a grumpy stylist, a murderous accompanying tribute, three kind friends, a cute boy, and a hostile group of killers—who are not who they seem to be. Meanwhile, Sandi faces problems of her own during and before the Games, and soon she is not sure who she really is. Will she be able to survive the horrifying Hunger Games, or will she let her troubles lead her to her doom? Entry for the #asawritconAbgeschlossen
Queen of the Underground - Finnick Odair
Growing up in District 12 is the worst thing that can happen to a child of Panem. In the capitol, and the wealthy districts, children sought the aprobation of their parents. In the intermediate districts, children sought to be useful to their parents. In the lower districts, children sought to survive their parents. In District 12, children couldn't search. Everything was dark there. What happens when darkness meets the sun in the 70th Hunger Games? Andrómeda Voltaire and Finnick Odair story. All original caracthers belong to their respective owners.
