For Sikaeyo, he is the only person left in the world. He considers himself to be the last of the human species and he is slowly but surely losing his sanity. Only with a rifle and a faithful dog at his disposal, he embarks on an epic journey to escape the infected and insanity. Meanwhile near the coast, his brother with his girlfriend are running out of supplies and they're not sure if they're going to last. Will the two find each other and escape the madness?
