Her name is Mahala Nokimis Nataala, otherwise known as Ala by her tribe members. Her tribe is called the Orneda tribe, meaning Magic Power in her language. She has a father, the chief, her brother, Noaka, or Noah, and Mushu, her best friend. Ala is no ordinary girl; she didn't want to be the one to cook and clean everything. She wanted to fight. She wanted to be a warrior. After getting many declines from her father about this, Ala left with Mushu. She left her tribe, everything, even Noah. Ala moved to the closest place possible: Miami, Florida. After traveling a long distance, Ala meets Lucas, Alexis, Brad, and Wess; your "average teenage boys and girl". Well, that is from what Ala knows. They have many secrets, and Ala just might be a part of one.
