Hi there! This story is a depressing one about a girl who is struggling with the loss of her older sister. I'm sorry if it seems very short and not very detailed, this story was written under a 40 minute time constraint because it is one that I wrote while attending a Power Of The Pen competition within the last year. I hope you enjoy it! I have edited it a bit from the original to make it more interesting. Also, trigger warning. Yeah. Sorry m8. The cover I chose may even be triggering. Be careful while reading.

Where the Black Wind Blows
A short story about an agoraphobic woman living alone on a small farm property. It follows her descent into hopelessness at her situation, as well as the increasing tension with her twin, who has been taking care of her. This is very amateur, and I don't usually do creative writing, so I apologize for any messiness or beginner mistakes. I stood on the edge of the rooftop. My eyes closed and my mind free. I'm ready. Now is the time. I could feel my breath quickening, Breathe in, Breathe out. I slowly start to gain composure of my thoughts. I can hear the people on the ground. I can see them entering the building in their perfect dresses with their perfect hair. I look down at my Royal Blue gown and smile. It's time. I slowly exhale and let myself fall. I'm free. Well, that's what I thought when I jumped, but the world hates me. So now. I Fell in Love with a Bad Boy
CRINGE WARNING! First book I ever wrote on here!! -- "Sometimes the person who you are willing to take a bullet for is the person behind the gun." I stood peering over the cold lifeless body that lay before my eyes. I had always thought of death the enemy, but right now, I blessed it upon the person who is now at peace. Sometimes you don't need to be the smartest, or the fastest, but you do need to be wisest. They say the blood runs deeper than water, and I believe it, because even though the people that we love can turn on us and begin to hate us, they are only human, meaning that soon they will begin to see how short life really is and how it is not to be wasted. People who seem perfect and they look like they have no floors'; they are the people who are suffering, like I was. But I found my savior in the most uncommon place. He was able to look through my mask, he saw the cracks, and tried to fix the broken girl that hid away deep inside the girl who only wanted to be seen as 'fine'. I slowly began to find comfort and safety in him, and I did the same to him. We were two broken people becoming whole. Someone once said when you pass, if you can count your true friends on one hand you are beyond lucky, and I even though I did not like the person that lay before me, I know that he once had true friends, including me. I'm a 17 year old girl who has suffered more than any other, beginning to believe that 'Hope' was just another word the people throw around. Until I fell in love with a badboy. She never had an interest in befriending anyone besides her childhood friends Emma and Jackson, But these kids had something about them that just made them stick out. Maybe it wasint such a bad idea to expand her social life. What could go wrong? Right..? ~~~~~~~~~~~ Davina Smith, a 17 year old with trauma of losing those close to her from past experiences and losses, is soon appealed to the new kids in town. Or more like appealed to the attractive black haired, green eyed boy. She's never been the one to want to have a relationship. Is now the time? Xavier Witts, a 18 year old boy hiding a nothing more than a couple lies... or so he says. Xavier never wanted to get attached to someone he could lose. He never to wanted to go through that again. But what happens when suddenly that person fights against his measures of protection? What happens when that person is willing to risk their life just to be with him? And you most certainly aren't worthless." I gasp to breathe, and he continues talking. "What you are is an amazing person who hasn't let all of this crazy bullshit affect her. Moving In
Blaze White is the New Girl at the Prep school in her mothers old home town. But her only goal for senior year is to keep a low profile, no friends, no parties and NO boys. Axel may be adored and worshipped by his peer-but he hates people, except 5. So when a beautiful but closed off girl suddenly enters his group. He is not welcoming of the mysterious beauty despite the pull they both feel. •••• WARNING: This was written many moons ago. I have decided to put it back up because of a large request from readers. However, I was a kid when I wrote this so take it with a grain of salt. *** Like a deer in head lights, I freeze and watch as the car comes towards me expecting to get hit. But to my surprise, the car swerves to the side slightly next to me and comes to a stop. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."Complete

Save Me
I feel his dirty hands touch me once more and move up higher to my thighs. I try to jerk them away but he locks my arms in his hand above my head as a thousand hot tears leave my eyes. No...no...please... I shut my eyes, not wanting to see this face another time. I shudder in disgust as he brings his lips to my neck and starts kissing me. Suddenly, I hear a groan of pain and I get free of his disgusting hands. I don't feel him on me but I don't dare to open my eyes. Another moan is heard again and a punch. I open my eyes and see him kneeling and bleeding. I watch at the boy who saved me and he hits him hard as more blood floods from his lips and nose. It's so dark and my tears don't allow me to see my angel. My savior moves as his fist connects with his face and my angel's hair glow under the moonlight and I stop breathing. Corbyn? The boy falls to the ground unconscious as Corbyn hits him in the jaw for the tenth time. His eyes move to my glossy ones and without any thought, he comes to me and wraps his arms around my body tightly. And just like that, I start crying harder as I bury my head in his neck and tug hard in this shirt. He doesn't say a word, he just pulls me closer to him and leaves me to surrender to this cathartic cry that overwhelms me. My brain stops working and the only word that exists is 'save'. I open my mouth and after so many weeks, the first words that slip my lips between cries and sobs are "You...you saved me" ----- Amelia is a young girl with a simple life and plans for her bright future. After her parent's death, everything she thought she knew will alter. But actually, all that is about to change when a blonde annoying boy will come into her life and break everything she believed into pieces. And who knows even save her and himself...Complete
