Jack Morgan has been a friend of my parents for years. That is until they died when I was fifteen. Jack took me under his wing and for a while, I was very appreciative of him. As I got older, his company became less friendly and more creepy. As a teenager, I recognised the signs of a more romantic attitude towards me.
I'm Meredith Brooks and I'm now twenty years old. I'm pregnant with Jack's child. It's not what I wanted but without him, I have nothing. I'm stuck in this unhappy relationship for the sake of my child.
But what I don't know is that a certain blonde hair, blue eyed god is coming to my rescue.

He's just an Omega. Well he was just the second child, only boy, of the last Alpha Basilisk that lived. His father insisted on him having an arranged marriage, after all a link to the last Alpha would be a powerful thing. So he's dressed up, primped, polished and put on display for a Ball. His father hopes to find someone that will understand the complexity of the political ties. He was just hoping to find someone that he didn't get completely annoyed by. But then, things never go quite as planned. Love strikes but complications ensue. How does he find his happily ever after? Excerpt: "I told you to smile." My sister says poking me in the side. "Tell you what, let me pick your husband and I'll smile all you want." I snap at her. "Dad, how many more are there?" I complain. "Hush and smile." He says smiling as the next Alpha, yet another wolf stepped up. I could understand that people wanted the best for their races but I was not just a means to an end. To my relief I noticed that the line of limos had ended. Ten more smiles to strangers and I quickly hurried toward the nearest empty sitting room. Dropping down I groan and sigh. "You aren't done yet." My sister says standing arms crossed in front of me. Ellie was a very protective big sister but at times like this when duty was the important thing, she was a pain in the butt. "I just wanted a minute to sit and relax. I've been standing there for hours." I see her take a breath and relax. "I know this isn't what you wanted, or easy on you at all but you understand why it's being done like this, don't you?" "I understand and despite how offensive it is to be given away like a puppy for adoption, I've been good haven't I?" "Yes, but you could be a little friendlier to them."

The one and only pack that belongs to the King of alphas, Jackson Parks my mate and father to my three sons. The Alpha 3 they liked to call themselves. After their dad's gang. It's safe to say their following in their father's footsteps. We were once a small pack. The one that everyone forgets about or rather, not acknolage at least. We never attended the Alpha games or any other form of interactions with other packs. We kept to ourselfs, we flourished in our own pack, we found our mates in our own pack. We did everything in our own pack basically. But the story I'm about to tell you is far from any other kind of story you've ever heard or read in books. It all began with a normal typical winters night when i finished my school homework and went to my suite to run myself a hot, relaxing bath, just before the storm hits by midnight. With mom and dad already asleep. I put on some soft elegant music and got into the steamy bath with a glass of merlot wine. After half an hour or so I decided to make my way to bed as sleep was now overtaking my exhausted body. When I got to my bedside I got the most weird feeling that someone was watching me, I went to the window to see if I could spot anything out of the ordinary, but nothing came to view. I shrugged it off and went to bed and as my head hit the pillow I fell into a deeps leep. I didn't think I was this tired. As predicted by the weather service on the television channel, the storm raged by midnight on the dot. Or so we thought. While I was in a deep sleep, we were attacked by the rogues that had surrounded us for over a decade, never attacking, until now. The attack was well planned, they had someone from the inside helping them overtake our small, versatile pack. I couldn't wake from my slumber for I was drugged by my delicacy wine and by whom? What else I could tell you is that I found my mate, before 18!..

TW: THIS STORY INCLUDES SE*UAL A*SULT "You have a daughter?" Jack asked me as he watched Elena come running into the living room. Her school backpack was hanging on her elbows, and it hit her butt as she ran. Jack looked from me to Elena as she ran over to me, wrapping her little arms around my leg. Elena's cute brown curls bounced as she moved, and her big brown eyes shone as they looked from me to Jack. "Mama, who's he?" She asked me, her tinkly little voice ringing in my ears. "He's a friend of Mama's; why don't you go into the kitchen and wait for me, baby?" I asked her as I stroked her hair, and she looked suspiciously at Jack before nodding. She walked away slowly, eyeing Jack as she did. "You have a daughter?" He asked me again, and I looked into his eyes, trying to gauge his feelings on this matter. "Is it so bad if I do?" I asked, standing with my hands on my hips. "No, I hope to get to know her when you're ready." He said, and I blinked, a little astonished that he would be so cool with me having a child. Most dominant male wolves are against the idea of their mates ever having been with another. Hope Mayson was only 18 when her whole world shifted, and her best friend died. For 5 years, Hope kept Elena safe until Hope's mate, Jack, came into their lives, and soon the past catches up with the present.
