Okay. So. This is a collab with bunnyloverAML101 and Amz2004 (maybe millzers11 I'm not sure XD) Go to their accounts to read their versions of the story! On with it:
A boy, tall and thin with gangly limbs and slanted cheekbones. A bright yellow shirt hangs off sticking-out ribs, a black tail-waistcoat over that, with four silver buttons sparkling in the sun. Light blue braces and a blue belt with a silver buckle hold up baggy black dress trousers, and polished black party shoes dig into the grass. A bandage covers his right eye, tufts of black hair sticking out of the gaps. The left side of his parting is neon yellow, natural or dyed, no one knows. His eyebrows thick and black, with a scar vertical along the left. A hostile scowl is fixed on his lips. His eyes are bright blue, cold and piercing, with unusually thin pupils, almost like they belong to a snake. He looks surprisingly fancy and composed, for a boy who has lived in a tree since the war started.
Elliot's partner was his whole world, but after Allan's death, his ghost haunts Elliot's dreams. Everyone tells Elliot to move on, but he isn't sure he can.
*****
It's been a year since the love of Elliot's life, Allan, passed away. Everyone thinks he should have recovered after that much time, but Allan still haunts Elliot every night. He struggles to maintain relationships with his family, and despite a coworkers interest he can't summon up the courage to date. Elliot is living for the past, because to live for the present means he'll have to live with a hole in his heart. But the question Elliot has to face chases him through his monotonous days: is mourning Allan with everything he has truly living?
