Harry's last year at Hogwarts, of course, had been interrupted by the war. The war that had ended the reign of Lord Voldemort. The Battle Of Hogwarts. But Harry wasn't ready to end his time there. He missed the castle, he missed his classes, he missed everything about it. Luckily he would get the chance to go back. Students in 7th year at Hogwarts were given the chance to continue their studies in 8th year. This was set up for the students so that they could continue their magical education.
