Eighth book in the Ambreigns series! After Dean and Paige are arrested by Agent Reed, Roman and Seth try and free them. Days later unable to, Seth receives a phone call from the one person he never expected to hear from...Hunter! He knows everything and offers to call a truce between them and join forces to get Dean and Paige out of jail. Seth agrees to meet him the next day without Roman knowing, but during their meeting Roman returns early and catches them. Seth and Roman fight over it and finally Seth agrees to give Roman two days to figure out a way to get them out without The Authority's help, before he agrees to Hunter's offer.
