One day when big boss Claire brings Owen and Sky in to meet their new Genetically Modified Hybrid, what happens to Sky when it gets set lose? Will she follow in her uncles footsteps and drop out of dinosaur work due to trauma? Throughout this adventure, she finds love, hope, friendship and a job she wants to do for the rest of her life. But what happens when all of that goes downhill at the hands of the Indominus Rex and the trouble that follows? (I do not own any characters apart from Sky, the story line follows the movie. Moon wasn't meant to be alive. A biological and scientific failure so shouted by the head scientist when he hatched. Moon was a Velociraptor...A Male Raptor. He was the oldest and strongest of a pack of five Velociraptors. The other four were all successfully hatched as females unlike Moon. Arguments ensued before the final decision of having Moon placed in his own pen right next to the females was decided. When Owen, The Velociraptor Trainer, came in to train Moon, he wouldn't have it. After a long while, Moon decided to just deal with it. When the Indominus Rex broke free, Moon stood to protect the one that had protected him so many times. And so, this is the story of how Moon protected his own saviour and his female's family. (Editing incomplete) Jurassic Park went down in history as a disastrous failure, an idea with good intentions that went horribly awry. For Dr Alan Grant and Dr Ellie Sattler, the two were happy to return to a life strictly dealing with bones. Despite the terrible things they had come to witness, their love for the creatures that had once roamed the Earth had yet to dwindle and carried on into their legacy. Raised among two of the most world-renowned dinosaur experts, their daughter, Keira Grant is next in line to carry on the work of her parents. With a palaeontologist for a father and a paleobotanist as a mother, Keira's life is strictly dino-related from the time of her birth and it comes as no surprise when she decides to follow in the steps of her parents. However, Alan and Ellie never anticipated that their daughter would be roped into the same trap that they had fallen into all those years before. With the opening of Jurassic World theme park, Keira is lured to the appeal of working with the creatures she has learned so much about over the years, along with the promise from the park itself that things will be different this time around. With new safety precautions put into place, along with advanced technology, Jurassic World is deemed safe and the park is opened with Keira working among the herbivores on site. But things certainly begin to change when Keira meets up once more with ever-flirtatious and aloof, Owen Grady the Raptor Trainer as he steps into her territory. Prehistoric Safari
The genesis for this story was actually a computer program: a Dorling Kindersley product called "3D Dinosaur Hunter". Disc two allows you to wander around six 3D environments, interacting with dinosaurs. Once, I took several pictures in each of the six sections -- I can't remember if it was with the standard print screen option or if the program has a built-in snapshot feature. And at first, that's all it was: just an album of pictures from the program. Then I hit on the idea to write a story around those pictures. And that's how this story developed: every event was just written to try and justify one of the pictures. Naturally, I inserted the relevant pictures into the document at the proper places, and I've decided to do the same thing here. The story is about a photographer sent back to dinosaur times in order to test a newly invented time machine. I first wrote it in 2005, and there's only so much I could edit in the intervening years due to the limits set by the source program. For example, the program was made before it was concluded that raptors had feathers, so unfortunately the outdated image is still present here. Also, the program erroneously has Brachiosaurus rear up on its hind legs to reach higher branches; in real life, it was too front-heavy to do that. But, regardless of those few inaccuracies, I hope you enjoy it.Complet
