It was a terrible period for Dextren after December died. He was all cooped up in his room, and wouldn't come out. I never talk to him anymore, even though he lived just next door. It was horrible seeing my best friend losing his shine, leaving an empty shell behind. Nothing I did could make him budge. That's when I had enough and I decided to do the only thing I could think of to cheer Dextren up.
I decided to make a croissant.
Of course, with sugar on top.
