Annie has a problem. She can't stick to the same thing or else she runs and wants to get away from it. She has went to several different schools because she just gets tired of them and if she doesn't change things she might explode. one day she visited visited New York to see her sister but she ended up using the wrong subway so she had to get a taxi but none would stop for her. She meets a cute blonde and he teaches her how to hail a cab but the cab didn't stop and he ends up getting hit and has to go to the hospital.
