Depression much more than just a frown and an unhappy face. It's lying to your friends so they think you're okay, it's being okay for a while and suddenly, randomly becoming numb and sad. Depression doesn't come at just 3am on a Saturday morning while you're alone, it can come at 12pm when you're surrounded by friends and family. Depression isn't just a feeling, depression is something that can take away everything from you.
