A girl with god send eternal locks that would resemble that of gold silk.A girl who would stop aging. A girl who's mind could solve any puzzle that the world could throw at her.
Basically, Century - The girl who is bored enough to solve crimes but too lazy to pour herself a cup of tea.

A serial killer uses a young woman named Sophia Foster to commit crimes together through a couple promises. In this world, a promise is a promise. If you make a promise, you must carry it out or you will die of a heart attack. Your body will also do anything it can to you get you to complete that promise. For Example, if you promise somebody that you will give them a dollar tomorrow, your body will force you to remember to get a dollar and give it to them. If you still refuse , you will die at the stroke of midnight the next day. If you were unable to go through with it, you survive. If you were to make a promise about something in the past and it's not true, you die the moment you finish the sentence. For example, if you were to promise your spouse that you never cheated on them, and you did, you would die. This supernatural aspect was known to everyone in this world.Complete

21 year old Victoria Moretti, is an assassin. She is an independent woman that doesn't rely on a man to do anything. Her boss told her she's going to have a partner due to her next mission being a difficult one and you physically can't do it only with one person. Her partner being Tom Kaulitz.
