Huntress has had her fair-share of guys, but when Ashton Scott arrives as one of the new Recruits, Huntress knows that something is off about him. Yes, he may have the good looks and he's pretty smart for an arrogant person, but Huntress knows he's hiding something. Victoria Abelard, better known as Vick, was a famous vampire hunter in the early nineteenth century. After a botched job, she was turned into the one thing she hated most. A vampire. Two hundred years later, Vick has learned how to blend in with the human crowd. Her life couldn't be anymore perfect, especially with the disappearance of vampires for over fifty years (which hunters gladly help keep in place).
