The world has been decaying for a long time and many have decided to retreat to the towns below the main city .
Tricia Sniper a rebelious young sixteen year old girl happens to live in one of the towns. She dreams of the day she can see the city above ground one day though she must gain the funds in order to go there.
Warning:Not intended for anyone under the age of 14. Minor language, violence and tobacco usage is quite common.

It was cold. Very cold. 'How did I get here?' I pondered over and over. Here I was, surrounded by an endless sea of snow covered trees. All around me, I could see layers among layers of snow. I lay there, staring up into the sky, wondering what had just happened. I had died. Or at least, I thought I died. Synopsis: A 34 year old soldier Simo Shephard dies while in active combat, yet instead of waking up at the pearly gates, he wakes up in a different kind of hell. Read as he survives in a world of animal hybrids known as chimeras, and as he tries his best to aid humanity as they dwindle ever closer to a silent extinction. Will he succeed in making a foothold for humanity? Will he change the tyrannical ways of the world? Or will he fail, leaving the fate of humanity to the chimeras. A/N This is the first story I have ever written. I am dumbfounded that people have found this story good enough to read, so thank you to all the readers! I wanted to take a break from working on mystery general style creative books and switch to more of a fun fictional story line. This follows a kid named Charlie who lives in a city called Oreo City. After doing a sketch in his sketchbook, he had a dream where three anthropomorphic animals came to life. Next morning, he was shocked to discovered that the sketch he made had somehow been colored in with the same exact colors from his dreamed but couldn't recalled that did he color it or not before falling asleep along with a new sketch that he didn't create but was surprised to see it in his sketchbook.
