The world has been decaying for a long time and many have decided to retreat to the towns below the main city .
Tricia Sniper a rebelious young sixteen year old girl happens to live in one of the towns. She dreams of the day she can see the city above ground one day though she must gain the funds in order to go there.
Warning:Not intended for anyone under the age of 14. Minor language, violence and tobacco usage is quite common.

I wanted to take a break from working on mystery general style creative books and switch to more of a fun fictional story line. This follows a kid named Charlie who lives in a city called Oreo City. After doing a sketch in his sketchbook, he had a dream where three anthropomorphic animals came to life.
