Brii is abused by her alcoholic father, and there is no sugar coating it to make it sound like any less. Eventually, it seems as if there is finally enough, and they leave. They need to leave. So they do, but that's when things get harder than they need to be. And Brii needs to find herself, before she looses herself forever.
