“Constance.” I breathed. Somehow, she heard me and mouthed, “Yes?”

I stood up from the bleachers and continued to whisper as I walked down, “Let this friendship last a lifetime.” 

She walked toward me and met me at the threshold, where the bleachers met the basketball court. “Of course.” She whispered back. 

An average high school student, Christian, goes out of his way to find the murderer of his best friend, Constance, and bring them to justice. During his pursuit, enemies surface, allegiances are questioned, and secrets are revealed.

"Hello? Is someone there?" The Mysterious soft voice cames out like a whisper"Shhh, don't be scared, So-jung. I've been watching you for quite some time now." She struggles but asked, "Who... who are you? Why have you been watching me?" A chuckle escaped. "Ah, names are just nothing, my dear. But what matters is that I know everything about you, So-jung. Your deepest fears, your darkest secrets... everything." So-jung's fear intensified. "This isn't funny. Are you some sort of stalker?" The Mysterious Figure's mocking tone penetrated the room. "Stalker? No, my dear. I'm much more than that. I'm the shadow in your nightmares, the whisper in your ear when you're alone." "H-how do you know these things? This can't be possible!" The figure chuckled once again . "Oh, So-jung, you underestimate the power of observation. I've seen you when you thought no one was watching. Your are so awesome!." She sighs "Please, leave me alone! I don't want this. I don't want you in my life." The Mysterious voice turned cold."Oh, but So-jung, you always wanted to be noticed, didn't you? But that seems impossible when she bumps into Asher Kellins and his absolutely crazy friends in her new school. Her life takes a different turn, but for the first time she doesn't want to fight it. But the thing is, her past is still her present and that is bound to suck her in at some point. People at her old school saw her as odd and she only had two best friends that were left back in London when she moved. She is forced into a new school being the new girl and hating the people in the school. Everybody seemed to enjoy drama and teasing the new girl relentlessly but she knows how to stand up for herself and she can be more dangerous than they think. Some trauma from home is found and in danger of being told, things that she doesn't really want people to know. You'd think getting through high school would be easy. A certain bad boy who happens to be her neighbor takes a keen interest in her. She's never liked anyone and has had no real interest in any relationship, only her studies that kept her busy. He's smart but acts like he's the greatest and he tries to impress her but she can hardly be impressed by things she can do. Distractions around every corner with the bad boy and the popular mean girl group that doesn't approve of the bad boys attention on her.

Few know each other, so many new friendships will bloom, or so they thought. They enter the school one by one, each at different hours. As soon as they enter the Institution a weird mist covers up their whole face and they fall to the ground, waking up in a school gym. They all look at each other with confusion, little did they know, a killing game was about to start.
