Bill Cipher Dipper went back to Gravity falls months before they were supposed to. Why did he leave a note about Bill? Did they make a deal? Did Bill posses him again? After the episode "Sock Opera" where Mabel got possessed by Bill, the dream demon was able to teleport to her mind right before being destroyed, leaving him very weak but also very much alive. Also the barrier around Gravity Falls doesn't quite effect Bill anymore since he is now kinda bound to Mabel's mind and wherever she is, he is too.
