No! Era growled. I felt my body lift into the air as a blinding pain shot through my back. Something in me snapped as I launch into the air. I dropped wearily to the other side of creek. I felt broken and torn. My eye rested on the two wolves snarling at the opposite side of the creek.
Why do I feel hollow and broken inside? Why aren't they crossing to get me? Why is my body tingling and why is there a soft hum of power around me? These are the questions going through my mind as I fell deeper into an abyss of darkness.
