On the evening of August 3rd, 1952, sirens and the sound of incoming aircraft were heard throughout the city of Baku, Azerbaijan. What the country did not know was that, an incoming attack from Mexico, was about to land on the surface of Azerbaijan. 3 years earlier, Mexico was suffering serious problems with the economy. Money there was incredibly low and people were starving to death as there was a famine around the same time. The government, after seeing what has happened to the country, planned an attack on Baku due to the high amount of wealth and economic growth there was there after the American support when WW2 ended. They spent months planning an attack on the rich city, and eventually, war started. This book is about a fictional character named Francis, who was part of the Mexican army before secretly joining the American army due to his opposition of the other side. Sadly, Francis died just 3 years after the war ended. He was brutally murdered by Soviet spies in America just shortly after he broke in and stole Soviet documents from one of the headquarters, which was disguised as a burger shop. (This story is fiction and is not real)

THE TRAITORS by Florian12T
1 part Complete Mature
ALBANIA, 1948. There is a rift in the socialist camp. Yugoslavia is expelled from COMINFORM. Albania splits from Yugoslavia and repledges allegiance to USSR. Tracts are being dispersed in Shkoder, most anti-communist city in the country, and Colonel Kapllani, chief of internal affairs branch, must solve the matter quickly. He puts pressure to one of his young subordinates, Zef, to find the culprits. To his shock, the Zef reveals (in blasé fashion) who's behind the whole thing; Pjeter Grima, the chief's second-in-command, rising star in the State Security, and Zef's best friend. The furious chief puts both friends under arrest. They are viciously tortured by their former colleagues. During their trial (broadcasted live on radio and via loudspeakers), Pjeter, faced with a 23-year sentence, exposes their involvement in the largest BLACK OP in the country, orchestrated by the government, executed to perfection by they themselves. It shakes the establishment to the bone, bringing the downfall of many, causing the trials to be held behind closed doors from then on. Pjeter's prison sentence is quickly commuted to death sentence... The book investigates the backstory of the two mates (both fatherless, in love with the same woman), the causes of their quarrel and their strange path to spiritual redemption. Parallelly, it deals with two important events in Albanian history, one of them being the notorious BLACK OP during which heavy weaponry was hidden in the Franciscan Monastery of Shkoder by State Security forces. The friars were tried for 'insurrection' and executed. Their heroic endurance has become the stuff of legends. It led to the gradual transformation of the protagonists...

The One Who Stole the Sky

34 parts Complete

*COMPLETED* "Liesel, what's the matter?" Max's concern was that of a mother's, so flat, but so serious. "Max, there is no one to thank left." Liesel changed her view to peer at the dusty floor. She missed Max's countenance gaping mouth and large eyes afflicted by her words. Not only had Max stolen the sky, he stole Liesel's heart too. Now, in Post-WWII Germany, the Allies have brought relief. Life is just beginning to come out of hiding, ready to blossom and flourish as it once did before. No one no longer cowers in fear. But something stirs in Russia: Communism. How will a Jew and innocent German girl make it safely in this ever-changing world that is right out their door? NOTE: This is after The Book Thief story (sequel if you will), so there are some spoilers if you haven't seen/read anything about it. However, if you don't care about the movie/book/spoilers, then it still makes for an eye opening, post-WWII fan fiction. Personally, I feel this is my best piece of writing I've ever shared on Wattpad. I hope everyone enjoys! NOTE: I DO NOT own any of the characters or the cover picture!
