Ericka Bonnings accidentally stumbles into a ring of mushrooms one day. She wakes up in a place filled with pointy-eared people who claim they're elves. The place is so-called Elridicia. Ericka receives devastating news upon her arrival and is forced to live among them for a year. All the while, Ericka begins learning the ways of the elven people and gets apprenticed to a wise mage. A deep plant sickness suddenly strikes and people are beginning to suspect Ericka, a.k.a Azariah's arrival as the cause.
