A radioactive gas leak in a rural suburb caused a mutation amongst the cats. Their faces were much rounder, whiskers much longer, ears much pointier. But the most extraordinary mutation of all was this: they had grown wings. Join Onestar and the other leaders as they try to rebuild the clans -now known as tribes- in the isolated area. Will the tribes give up as they attempt to adapt to the warrior code? Will they thrive in their new lives, or will battles and rivalry tear them apart like never seen before?

A sickness - like a mere case of the chills or a minor whitecough in a patient - is often something a medicine cat can easily fix, with some leafy catmint or perhaps a pawful of feverfew. It is vanquished effortlessly, and the illness is gone. It does not come back unless someone receives it again. But when the Clans have contracted a terrible sickness, StarClan has not answered for moons, and they are losing numbers quickly, nobody knows what to do. The medicine cats have done all they can for their Clanmates, however, nothing has worked. No longer outside the elder's den lay a lazy, gray-muzzled cat. The nursery, ever so faintly smelling of milk, only contains memories of what used to happen in the usually cheery den. The warrior's den only have three or four inhabitants, each of which thinks grimly of the day that the sickness could come upon them. The apprentice's den, in some Clans, has one cat who comes to sleep in it each night, cold and alone. Others are empty, filled with grief for lost futures. Leaf-fall has tumbled upon the Clans. Leaf-bare approaches, peeking over the treetops some mornings. This awful illness has lasted since Green-leaf and, still, with the medicine cats searching every day and the warrior's eyes peeled for it, a cure has not been found. However, each Clan has a reason for StarClan not answering them, and they mostly stick to it. Leopardwillow has always wanted an apprentice from the moment she was an apprentice herself to the moment she became a warrior... There was one exception however she would beg Starclan not to mentor the stubbornest, violentist, evil-seeming kit ever- Smokekit. Little does she know that just so happens to be Starclan's will not only will she need to mentor Smokekit, tensions rise higher and higher within Lakeclan and a war will be hard to avoid, and Foxbristle; Leopardwillow's sister is accused of Bearstar's murder. On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... Excerpt: Flamestar's one amber eye shone in the moonlight; the moon soon disappeared from within the clouds. "I did not fail Junipercloud." Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Flamestar said with a curious tone. "I shall make this short before we depart young warrior - I'd watch my back from now on if I were you." the orange she-cat said thoughtfully. 2023 EDIT: This was my first proper book on here, and is quite cringy and badly-written, so please don't judge all too much! ^^' ~ Now, many generations after the lake-side Clans, AirClan, LeafClan, SunClan, NightClan and LakeClan are thriving in their new territories. But another danger arrises. Mysterious prophecies swarm around the leaders and medicine cats, warning about an evil unknown to even StarClan. Each Clan has their troubles, but this evil- this evil makes them even worse. Blossompaw is the apprentice to Crystalwing, the medicine cat of AirClan, but even with such an important role, she always feels ignored. Everyone swoons over her, sympathising with her, caring for her, when all she wants is for cats not to do that, to listen. However, when StarClan tell her of this evil, she may get the chance to prove herself to everyone. Rockpaw feels like an outcast, everyday being hated on by his Clanmates for seeing things differently. So when the chance to prove them wrong comes up, he doesn't give it a second thought. But the evil still resides, and Rockpaw might know more about it then he's letting on, even to himself. Greyshard, as a former kittypet, has always thought of life in the Clans as challenging. For her, everything seems to go wrong. Every plan, every schedule, every patrol - ends up in a disaster, and its always because of her. But when the evil shakes up her life and splits her soul, she may find enough courage to make everything right again. ~~~~~ I hope you enjoy this book. An Unofficial Complex Medicine Cat Guide.
We do not own nor claim to own any part of the Warriors series by the Erin Hunter group or any part of the Roblox game Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition. This is an unofficial guide to medicine cats! We compiled this both for our own use and fun and to post for others to do so too! We've used as many sites as we could and read what we could of the books to base this on, as well as to confirm with real-life sources on certain parts (for example, is so and so poisonous to cats). This has herbs (canon and fanon), practices, procedures, the medicine cat code, unspoken medicine cat rules, even tips on roleplaying, and much more! You're welcome to use this as needed to reference and such, but if you can please put us in the credits just as we have with all those we used! We suggest you understand that some of this is theorized, meaning we've based it on what we can and gone with it as far as we can go. Otherwise, have fun, and may StarClan light your path!Complete
Rising from the Ashes
The four Clans-GrassClan, OakClan, PineClan and WillowClan-have lived in relative balance since the Clans began. They kept separate, save for their Gathering every full moon. While they had their disagreements, they kept a relatively harmonious existence. They had always been four Clans and it was believed that they always would be. For as long as they kept the warrior code alive, the Clans would continue to thrive. That's when the troubles began. One long, hot, dry greenleaf, a fire swept through GrassClan. Some cats were lost but those that survived resumed life in their now scorched territory. They knew that life was going to be harder than ever, but they could not abandon the only home they had ever known. The next couple of seasons, GrassClan struggled to feed themselves with little prey to be found. Yet, they refused to give up. Newleaf found GrassClan weak and starving but with hope on their horizon. Their oldest queen had moved into the nursery. Then, disaster struck a second time. Greencough swept through the Clan, snuffing out the new lives before they had even begun. The dreaded sickness left its mark, stealing the future of the Clan and all hope with it. Life had taken its toll on GrassClan. All that remained were their young leader, their deputy, their elderly medicine cat, one warrior and three elders. They had no apprentices, no she-cats and no kits. The once vibrant Clan was on the brink of dying out. The four Clans would soon be no more. Then, at the next Gathering, StarClan brought a message to the Clans: GrassClan must survive. There had always been four Clans and that could not change. They proposed that volunteers from the other three Clans should join GrassClan to help restore it. Cats were given one moon to consider the offer.
