Two teens with extraordinary powers and deeply troubling pasts, seek refuge at Grayson's Hill. While both come to terms with their powers and personal problems, things couldn't be more complicated.

Things start looking up as the two join the protection unit - a team that gives them purpose and a sense of friendship. The team is tasked with protecting those that belong to their kind from persecution and the evils of the world and it's humans. But things can't go well for them for too long, it seems. Surely staying in a place like Grayson's Hill would mean they were safe?

Unfortunately, it meant anything but.

When their pasts come back to haunt them far too often for their liking, will they ever find a way to move on?
